We target heavy CO2 process emitter like fuel-fired steam boiler by offering scalable solutions for industrial processes of all sizes. Founded by a group of specialists from different countries and technology background, today we offer smart, innovative services to dozens of clients worldwide.
Industrial Heat Pump
Heating and cooling have become an integral part of all industries. It has become a luxury we as people cannot go without. Unfortunately, how we get most of this heating and cooling is from burning dangerous fossil fuels that are destroying our environment and draining us financially.

At Energeia, we have worked for over 5 years providing an alternative to industrial applications, significantly reducing operational and maintenance costs and achieving significant CO2 emission savings. The following are some application examples where industrial heat pump can be used.
Food and beverage production, from distilling whiskey and brewing beer to scalding poultry birds before evisceration. Fossil fuels are used to heat water and generate low pressure saturated steam. The carbon they produce is then released into the atmosphere as greenhouse gases.
Pharmaceuticals, the cement, concrete, ceramic and brick industry, medical supplies, the plastic, latex, wood, brick, paper and metal manufacturing and processing (the list is endless) all need heating and cooling systems. An industrial heat pump is an incredibly reliable source for both. The heat is taken from the cooling system and converted into hot water or even steam.
Advances in technology allow full monitoring of heat pumps online. Through a remote connection; room temperatures, water temperatures and operating parameters are monitored and altered directly from the manufacturer.

So, what if you could use an industrial heat pump to utilise all of that extra energy while heating AND cooling your process at the same time with only one system?

Why should I install a heat pump?
Heat pumps can be applied to any industry or infrastructure, they provide a cost-efficient and environmentally friendly HVAC heating and cooling solution. As a result of reducing (and utilising) heat waste, a heat pump can have a huge impact on the sustainability and operating cost of your business.

As global warming is continuing to worsen and the ‘symptoms’ are increasing and becoming more and more clear every day. We must become as eco-friendly as possible. that’s why you should consider heat pumps for your industry.
So, if you are using an excessive amount of fossil fuels you are adding to the percentage of people using these fuels. That group is causing devastation to our planet and the environment on it. 21% of carbon emissions came from industrial pollution in 2020 according to a study done by SEAI. That’s 9,852 kilotons of CO2.

What is the definition of sustainability?
Sustainability is “The ability to be maintained at a certain rate or level” according to the dictionary. In business, it means that you are producing and selling your product without negatively affecting the environment, community or people. Being able to market your company as sustainable is a huge marketing and selling point. Climate change worsens every day, and so it has become on-trend to care.

However, it means more than that. Being able to say you make an effort to be more sustainable means that you want to treat your employees and your world better. Making a conscious effort to be on the right side of history. Continuously pumping out thousands of kilotons of toxic fumes into the environment may seem like the best option because it is the easiest. After all, it is what has always been done. But it is not the easiest option.

Any industry that requires heating or cooling can use an Industrial Heat pump. An industrial heat pump can be an efficient way of repurposing heat energy that otherwise would have been wasted. This will make your company more sustainable and economical.
